Take Advantage of Casino Comps- Part 1

To have the best time gaming, you want to fully understand all a casino has to offer. One of the biggest ignorances of gaming today is that a lot of people believe that comps require high wagers. Sure there are some that do, but there are a vast majority that require moderate and consistent wagers. The great thing about gaming today is that you don’t have to play big stakes to enjoy the spoils of a casino’s comp program. New research has shown that the comp programs that casino have are some of the most misunderstood programs in the casino. Here are some tips on how to manage the comp program to your advantage.

High-rollers may have some extra bonuses, but the majority of customers in a casino aren’t in the “high-roller” category. Rather, they are people looking to have fun and play some games. The comp programs are targeted towards them .Casinos normally have varying levels of comp programs available. They categorize players into levels. Some casinos use categories like Bronze, Silver and Gold and others use Level 1, 2 and 3. Regardless of what terms they use, there will be comp programs for players who play smaller amounts and still want to take advantage of the added wins available.  There are different levels of comps depending on the amount of play you give the casinos but most players can usually get something in return for their play. Comps can range from free t-shirts and hats given out as promotions to the ultimate comp of free Food, Room and Beverage. Free drinks are normally given to all players—you’ll see waitresses walking the casino floor to cater to the drink needs of all players. As long as you are playing, they’ll continue to bring you drinks. Casino Rate is another comp that is fairly easy to obtain. The casinos like you staying and playing at their establishment. In return they are willing to give you a discount on the room rate. If you play enough you can get a full room comp. A buffet or coffee shop comp is also fairly easy to earn too at most casinos. Talk to the concierge and see what you need to wager to get the bonus you most want. They should be able to steer you in the right direction in terms of maximizing your return on wagers.
