    Understanding Payout in Slots Gambling

    Tuesday, May 31st, 2011

In the world of slots gambling you have to do some research and then make some educated guesses on what games pay out most. The biggest advantage to games is that they are games of luck and if you have it, you can see some great returns. On the other hand if you don’t, you may find yourself out of money quickly. Still- there are some things you can do to increase your wins. First of all, make sure that you understand how slots work. For example, if you are working with a progressive game, you have to realize that the payouts are huge, but they are also sparse. There is a reason why when someone wins a multi-million-dollar payout from a slots game it makes the headlines. If it happened all the time, they wouldn’t print a thing about it. When you are wagering on a good progressive, you aren’t the only one. Likely there are hundreds, even thousands, of other gamblers who are playing the games at the same time. Any one of them could hit the jackpot. Progressives don’t pay out often and they come with a good amount of investment dollars too so if you aren’t careful, you could end up losing that much more. The number one thing to remember is that normally when games pay out big, they don’t pay out often. This is a standard rule. It makes sense—if the higher pay games paid out a lot the casino wouldn’t be maintaining its edge over its gamblers. They wouldn’t be in business for very long if this is how they operated!

The other thing to remember is that if games do pay out often, then they probably don’t pay a lot. That isn’t to say that $50 isn’t going to make your day, but be sure that you understand this likely is the cap of what you are going to make when you are playing on them. When you are picking a game also, make sure that you pick the games with the biggest payout percentages. Sure the differences can be small, but that small percentage point can make the difference between a good payout and nothing.

UIGEA Continues to Block Online Slots Gambling

    Monday, May 30th, 2011

The UIGEA of 2006 is still in effect and it is having a serious impact on the US market. It is no secret that slots gambling is a huge market. All over the world slots are able to bring in millions of dollars all the time. This is something that most economies are relying on too. They know how much value there is in having a good slots plan. The games are affordable. You can easily find penny-slots, nickel- slots or quarter- slots if you are watching your bankroll or have a limited bankroll to work with. This is the reason why the games are so popular. Even someone who has a small bankroll can still work with games for a few hours if they bring a few dollars and stick to the lower wager games. The movement of slots to the online market is something that there are plenty of reasons for. Not only are the games huge fun, but then offer their operators the chance to win that much more in revenue from loyal gamblers. The problem though is still the UIGEA. The UIGEA, or Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, was pushed through in 2006. It was supposed to protect gamblers and stop online gaming, but in the end all it did was push people to the offshore gambling companies. Gamblers made it clear that they were going to wager regardless of what the market showed or how it changed.

Now the UIGEA is being scrutinized due to how much it is stifling the overall market. Legislators are working to change the law though due to how much money is not able to enter the US market as a result of the ban. Gamblers have made it clear that they 1) love slots games and 2) they are going to play on them no matter what. They have the chance to keep on working with the games and are going to continue regardless of the rules the US has. This is the reason why US legislator are pushing for change. They know that every month they don’t have a slots regulation working for them, they are losing hundreds-of-thousands, maybe even millions of dollars.

Though online gambling took off quickly, its now the industry of mobile gambling that is coming together as one of the most popular elements of the gambling world. Mobile gaming got its fuel from the growth in the market of cell phone technology. Cell phones used to be used solely for communication or emergencies. This was the first purpose of the tool, but those days are long gone. If you look at cell pohnes right now you can see how far they have come as a market. You can pay bills, monitor accounts, browse full web pages, send email and do just about everything you would do from a desktop on a cell phone these days. This also opened the door to the gambling world. Their developers quickly moved into the market and now they are taking over.

Due to the amount of gambling going on, mobile gambling is now offering a huge selection of games. If you love slots, you can now easily play them on the cell phones. The gambling companies are offering the biggest selection of games right now due to how much fun they are and how popular they have become to the world too. This is why the mobile market is growing. Yahoo Ready to Offer Online Slots Gaming

    Monday, May 30th, 2011

It is no secret to anyone in the gambling world that online legalization of gaming in the US is the next step. The US market has long been debating the online legalization world. There are two sides to the argument though. On one hand there is the pro- gambling faction. They are the side that believes that the monetary benefit of bringing in gambling is a primary reason to make it work. They understand the issues involved but are trying to find the proper regulations to handle the change. On the other hand though there is the anti- gambling side. They acknowledge that there are huge dollars to be had, but they believe that they are too many negative repercussions of the games to allow their legalization. They also believe that legalizing gambling is going to bring in more problems like money laundering, crime, corruption, and addictions for states to deal with. Though these are the two sides and their general arguments, it isn’t stopping the issue to be contemplated. There are many legislators right now who are looking at the issue and trying to find the proper regulation that would allow it to work. They think that the money is enough of a reason to strive for the change. Remember that most states are working with huge deficits and having millions of dollars would help them to keep on chipping away with it.

Due to the pending legalization of gambling though, many companies are getting ready to move in on the market. You only need to talk to companies who are already in the market to confirm just how lucrative it is. Yahoo.com is the latest company to open the door to the gambling world. Now you are going to see more online companies venturing into the world. Facebook offers a suite of games and now Yahoo is getting ready to take advantage of the games too. The company of course is a huge search engine and now it is looking to develop into offering slots gaming and other games to the world. If you love to play slots, then you should keep an eye out on the website. They are planning on being ready for legalization when it finally happens.

MD Still Pining for Gambling Title for Northeast

    Saturday, May 14th, 2011

Maryland is another state that has embarked on a hefty slots plan. The state’s legislators realize the power of gaming and in particular, slots games. They know that the games account for over sixty-percent of the overall revenue that casinos bring in. That means that the games are popular and lucrative- a winning combination for casino operators to work with. The state of Maryland has its own plan with its newer Hollywood Casino. This is a location that has a huge number of slots games to pick from. It is going head-to-head with neighboring states too. Remember that Maryland is in a prime area for growth right now. In former years it was Atlantic City that was holding the title for biggest gambling area in the northeastern part of the US. Atlantic City grew to the point of being a mini-Vegas and millions of people visited it every year for their gambling needs. Once the recession happened though, it caused a great shift in gaming. People suddenly cut back on their wagering overall due to lack of funds. Once the recession was over though, they still started to return to gambling but not in the same way. Suddenly people were more readily venturing to the online casinos than the land—based ones and that included Atlantic City. So far the location in New Jersey has had a hard time coming up with revival. The state of New Jersey is losing its northeastern grip on the market. This is where Maryland comes in.

Now that New Jersey has taken a misstep, it leaves the door open for another state to take over the title of northeastern slots gaming hotspot and it looks like Maryland officials are hoping their Hollywood Casino can help absorb the market. Though the casino has only be up and running since September, legislators are already happy to welcome millions of dollars in revenue thanks to slots games. It was back in 2008 when a referendum vote pushed slots gaming into the market and legislators have not looked back since. Now Hollywood Casino’s slots games are showing a huge revenue to the state and lawmakers are happy they allowed it to open up for the state.

Learning how to ride the wave of luck is one of the biggest advantages that long-time wagerers have. They know what to do when they are winning. There are many different things you can do to work with a good stroke of luck. You can use various progressive wagering systems to make the most of it. There are a lot of systems out there, so you should familiarize yourself with them. No- you aren’t going to use them every time you go to the casino but what happens if you find yourself in a lucky streak? You want to be sure that you are ready to take full advantage of it with a good gambling session. On the other hand, if you are wagering and don’t have luck then you want to be just as wise to know when to fold them. You want to leave before you lose too much money. This is where having a strict bankroll limit is going to come in handy. You can also set loss limits on games and blind pull limits. Loss limits dictate how much you are going to lose on any one game. Blind pulls are the number of times you are going to spin the reels on a game before you move to another one. You need to learn to set up precautions when wagering so that you know exactly what to do in different situations when you are at the slot parlor. You may not know right away, but you are going to learn with time.

Games of luck are easy because they don’t require any skills to play. Slots are just like the lottery in that you take a chance and hope for the best. You may end up winning or you may end up losing. The good news though is that developers are working with slots games today to make sure that they are some of the most beneficial games you are going to find anywhere in the market. The amount of bonuses, wilds, scatters and multipliers you find today are more varied than ever. You can start slowly with slots, but in the end you are going to have a huge advantage of winning that much more thanks to how far the games have come over the years.

    Slots Market Continues to Grow

    Friday, May 13th, 2011

Slots revenue is having a huge benefit on the markets it is being utilized in. Since slots has been discovered as the most popular game on the casino floor, developers haven’t stopped working with it. If you look at where the slots market is heading you can see how much it is growing. No longer are the games just small wager games with small payout possibilities. Now you can change your life with the wins you can get. All you have to do is look at the different payouts that are in the market right now. The headlines tell it all. More and more slots games are handing out plenty of wins. If you are looking for them, all you have to do is go to the big casinos and see what they are offering. If you are looking for the big wins, most likely you should keep your eyes open for the progressives. These are the games that are actually groups of games networked together. Once you find them, you are also going to find that the specific benefits of the games they are built around normally are highly entertaining. The power of a progressive game is that it has enough people wagering on its network to drive that jackpot win upwards to hundreds of thousands and even million-dollar levels. This is why they have to be built around entertaining games. Operators know this and they build progressives with the most benefits to them.

The progressives are vast in the world of gambling so you shouldn’t have any problem with finding them. The biggest casinos are offering huge jackpots right now. You can find them in the world of land- based and online gambling. Both locations are going to offer plenty of different games to enjoy. The only caution with the games is that you have to be ready to wager the maximum amount of money on them. The games call for the lines to all be activated if you want to be eligible for the big wins. This means that you have to worry about your bankroll if you are ready for taking a shot at the games. If you do have that bankroll though, you may find that the progressives are the games that are going to offer you the biggest returns in terms of great gaming and potential win.

Can You Improve Slots Gaming?- Part 2

    Sunday, May 1st, 2011

When you are examining a new product, you have to think about what type of game you are wagering. If you are wagering at the poker tables or the blackjack tables then experts may be able to help you. These are both games of strategy that require plenty of time to work with. They also require practice. Of course that is not going to be difficult due to the vast array of options out three. This is the main way for you to get better at the games. A strategy is the number one thing that you need for working with the games. It makes sense though because the games have a strategy. When anything has a strategy there naturally is going to be a learning curve and practice time involved before you get that strategy down pat. Of course it will pay out because the better your strategy, the better your returns. Here is the difference though with slots games. Slots are not games of strategy, but games of luck. Strategy makes all the difference between gambling games. If you are working with games of luck, then your game doesn’t have a strategy, so you can’t pay an expert for one. Any “expert” can give you tips on finding new games, playing with special features, or managing your bankroll, but the slots aren’t games of strategy so they can’t share anything with you there…and if they try, it isn’t worth money.

The important thing to remember is that slots are operated by the random number generator inside. That means that there is nothing you can do to influence the outcomes. It all depends on the law of randomness and what it gives you. Because you can’t influence the game, there is no strategy to work with. You have to just play the games and have fun with them. Anyone who tells you they have a “slots strategy” worth money, doesn’t. There is no such thing. The games are solely based on luck and have a great history of building a good gaming experience for millions of gamblers around the world. Test out new games, but never think that you have a strategy to work with.

Can You Improve Slots Gaming?- Part 1

    Sunday, May 1st, 2011

One of the most popular games you are going to find in the market today are the slots. You can walk into any good casino and find huge varieties of the games. A small casino may have twenty, thirty or fifty games but a large casino could have thousands of them lining their slots parlor. Your best bet when you go to a casino is to walk the slots parlor floor and see if you can find the games that particuarly catch your eye. The good news about the games is that you are going to have a huge array of games to pick when you want to find a good one. Normally it will take you hours to work with games and come up with the ones you really want to wager on. The games have a huge variety of themes and whatever your preference is, most likely you are going to find it. If you love games of luck, then these are the best games you can take a shot at. They are going to be so varied though that you can spend plenty of gaming sessions engrossed in the games and coming up with your own methods of picking games and wagering on them. Not everyone uses the same criteria for picking games and it may take you a while to figure out yours. You should take some time so that you can improve your gambling experience when you are wagering.

The one question though is whether or not you really can improve your slots gaming. This is something that many online “experts” claim you can do if you buy their products. They claim that with their product you are going to improve your outcome on the slots games and have more returns for your trouble. The product you end up buying from them though is going to “virtually pay for itself” if you purchase it. It could come to you in the form of a DVD or a PDF file. “Experts” are creative these days and they come up with various products that cost good money. How reliable are these products though? Do they really live up to their claims?

    Part two coming next.

Underage Gambling Still a Problem for Slots Parlors

    Friday, April 29th, 2011

The problem of underage gambling is becoming a difficult issue to monitor in the world of slots parlors. If you look at the history of games, it has always been an issue. Right now there are more concerns though due to the legalization of online gambling. Now that people can wager from the privacy of their own homes, it is a big issue when young people either start up illegal accounts or they use an adult’s account. Often times the underage gamblers are not caught until they try to cash out a win and the casino gets wise of their true ages. There are also incidents of underage gambling at land-based casinos though and these are much more manageable. Still- they are happening with more frequency all over the US. Casinos are not catching young people as they try to wager and win that much more in cash. It isn’t until they win big that they normally are caught by security. Recently in Atlantic City, four casinos had to forfeit over $12,000 in winnings due to taking money from underage gamblers. They were caught eventually, but it still was a huge issue for the casinos. This is a sign that the rules in order now are not strong enough to catch the gamblers prior to being able to wager. Some young gamblers admitted to spinning the reels numerous times before they were approached by security teams. Another gambler won money on a jackpot and then was first apprehended by the security team on the floor of that particular casino.

The age for gambling is normally 21 and in some states 19, but that isn’t stopping some young wannabe gamblers from taking their own shots at the games. Legislators are making it clear though that if they are caught, they are going to be denied any winnings they would have taken home and banned from the casinos. In addition, they are coming up with stronger rules against the casinos that allow for underage gambling too. They are penalizing land- based casinos and planning on creating new laws to make the penalties much more difficult. Casinos are also working with their security teams to make sure that gamers are checked before they get to the slots parlors. This is all hopefully going to work together to make sure that underage gambling does not move forward.
