CryptoLogic.com is a Dublin-based software application service provider. The company has been around since 1996 and has built itself up into one of the five largest application providers in the industry. Recently, CryptoLogic signed another deal, their twenty-sixth, license that will continue to forward their brand. They are now working with Betsafe.  The difference with this agreement is that CryptoLogic will be enjoying revenue sharing deals with the company.  It will receive a portion of all proceeds generated by Betsafe for as long as the company uses CryptoLogic software. Brian Hadsfield, President of CryptoLogic, stated, “This is the first time Betsafe, one of the fastest growing operators, has offered a download casino to its players. In line with our strategy, this deal also provides us with greater penetration into the Scandinavian market and is a further significant step towards our goal of profitability and long-term growth.”

One of the main contributors to that profitability is the profit sharing deal the company included in its deal with Betsafe.  This could mean millions in revenue for the company and most likely will open the door to future deals that include the profit sharing deal. This is a huge benefit to the company and will only help them to grow quicker and solidify their place in the world of online software providers.
Betsafe has already built a huge name for itself and has a large following. With the added benefit of CryptoLogic games, this could be a huge growth spurt for both companies. Currently, CryptoLogic carries over 200 casino games and the quality of the games are outstanding in visual appeal and user friendliness. With a customer base of over 250,000 Betsafe only stands to benefit from the conglomeration. They will be bringing in a myriad of new customers and pleasing the old ones with new gaming capabilities.
