MGN is a software development company that runs its own websites in the field of online gambling. Part of the problems come from the UIGEA banning financial institutions from handling transactions that are directly related to online gambling. Banks are tasked with being a watchdog and to stay legal, have to decline money either withdrawn or deposited from online gambling websites. The most difficult thing is that a lot of companies are scared of breaking the law and therefore, leaving the US altogether. MGN is focused on a niche market that does not fall under the heading of “gambling” per se. It is making its move into the gambling market as a company that provides a good alternative for other online websites. Not only does it release the games itself, but the company also leases and sells them to other casinos.

The value with MGN is that they are building a name for themselves with outstanding games that are not affected by changes in the gambling industry. Their games don’t fall under the heading, and therefore the company is free to sell and market their products without any regulation. They are just another online gaming website.
